Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with Gylison Holding through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Prices and GST

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order.

Weights and substitutions

Meat is a natural product and is cut by hand. Pack weights may vary by up to ±5%. If an item is unavailable, we may substitute a product of equal or higher value, or refund the difference — we will contact you where practical.

Orders

An order is accepted once we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, pricing was displayed in error, or delivery is not possible to your address.

Delivery and risk

Orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your nominated address, including where left unattended at your request. Please refrigerate or freeze your meat promptly on arrival. See our Delivery page for areas, fees and cut-off times.

Food safety

Raw meat must be handled, stored and cooked correctly. Keep chilled at 0–4°C, avoid cross-contamination and cook thoroughly, especially poultry and minced meat.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from incorrect delivery details, late collection of a delivered order or improper storage after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
