• To respond to enquiries, refunds and complaints

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with trusted providers: our chilled courier partners, payment processors and website hosting providers. We never sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it to a standard comparable to NZ law.

We keep your information secure using reasonable safeguards and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records).
